First of the year

I have a good feeling about this year, I truly do. I'm almost over the concept of "want" and focused on the idea of "need". I hope to stick to me, build upon that, then move forward with what I know and seek to learn. I am learning so much, day after day. I feel inspired and happy, focused and ready to grow under one sun that can now fully define me.

This coat is made of smooth man-made deer leather with plush fur lining and a peticoat design.
It's cool and elegant and going to be on my back very soon. Excited.

It has been more than a while since my last post. The new year is welcomed with even more harsh of a winter chill. The photos above are of sketches I did for a garment class. The collection was based more towards a fall line, but I would be lying if I said I wasn't still wearing each outfit through the winter months. xo.
