sick day
I think Thien took these the day that I had food poisoning. I had been so sick and passed out all day long. Surprisingly, he was a trooper and stayed by my side the entire day with no complaints. It was probably the longest he has ever been inside in his life. Thank god that's over with..foreal. #foodpoisoningsucks
no signal
I thought this photo was so so cute. This is all of us in Milano.
Our phones didn't work and window meetings were our only way of communication. Whirlwind.

pop
A few nights ago, we ventured to the Grand Palais to see this work of art done by Anish Karpoor.
Leviathan is a 75,000 cubic meter balloon that has taken over the architectural space in the Grand Palais. When you walk inside your ears pop and the feeling in the atmosphere is indescribable. We sat inside for quite a while just staring at the the translucent cherry red ceiling. Later on we were able to walk around the outside to view the exterior of the piece. It was truly an incredible site to see.

love locked
I have heard many talk of this "loved locked" bridge and knew that I must put it on my list of places to visit.
Le Pont des Arts is said to be the most romantic bridge in Paris with over 1600 different "love locks" clinging to its railings. Most couples come to the bridge, place their locks on the railing, make a wish, then toss the key into the water below. There were locks, big and small, from all over the place and in many different languages. Before we leave, everyone has decided to buy locks for the bridge. We will place them together in hopes to always remember our fantastic three months together in Paris. I'll be sure to share the photos with you in time.
